− AC unit in room was leaking water on the floor halfway into the room. Out of conditioner in the shower. Lamp missing light bulb. Coffee machine dirty. No water. Pillows were really small.

− check in: slow..... only one person working and she was not friendly or apologetic about the wait room: subpar. the floor was stained everywhere and sticky. quite disgusting. it was hot, and it took the air hours to get comfortable. breakfast: wasn't much left/to choose from, not enough food for the number of people booked, it was overcrowded, no where to sit, drink and food all over the floor

− They ran out of coffee at breakfast. When told about the coffee, staff was not apologetic but mainly just indifferent.

− The receptionist wasn't exactly friendly; the room smelled of dampness and urine. The sofa was dirty and in poor condition. It was obvious they don't clean, as there was ash—or something similar—on the nightstand. Overall, it was very dirty and smelled bad.
