It sucked. Nothing worked, the room smelled like wet dog, dogs were everywhere roaming free with no leash, no trash can in room, no amenities as advertised

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the room we were given. As soon as we walked in, it was obvious it had not been properly cleaned—if at all. The beds had visible stains on the sheets and mattress, and the bedding looked used and unwashed. The floors were dirty and covered with trash, including towels, food debris, and random items left behind. The furniture and surfaces were cluttered and clearly not wiped down. In the bathroom area, the sink and counter were unclean, with trash left underneath and on top. Even the mirror was visibly dirty. Overall, the entire room gave the impression that it had been completely neglected. This was not just a minor cleanliness issue—it was unacceptable and unsanitary. We did not feel comfortable staying in the room at all and had no choice but to leave and find another place to stay after already traveling a long distance. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made to their cleaning and inspection standards.

The room nothing like photos. The room was nasty. They chair was torn and had something unrecognizable on the arm. The closet door was broke. The bathroom had no door. The keylock on room side was broke. There was none of the amenities stated. The room smelled. The housekeeper tried to just walk in. We didn't stay went to room seen all this and walked back down requested our money back and canceled the room. The manager stated he was sorry and I know this is not his fault and canceled without fees and requested our money to be return and said it should be in about 2-3 business days. He was very nice and understand the upset and disappointment of the room.

The back of my door panel where you scan the key card had all of the wires exposed. There was no towels, trash can, and the screws to hold the toilet seat on was missing. So even if i wanted to sit on it it would fall off. The towels rail was broken, there were cigarette burns on the bathtub. The lamp was bent and tilted sideways with no lampshade.

Good location. No atmosphere. I guess it is what you get for the price. The room was in awful condition, very dirty, carpet pulling up, toilet tank cracked, missing/broken towel rack. The towels were visibly dirty and so was the furniture. Only 2 pillows for 2 beds. TV did not work. There was hand soap but no other toiletries.
