4.0The hotel needs serious attention. The location is convenient with late night dining options and local shopping but the room we were in had a tv that made a humming noise when it was on, the shower stopper was broken so we had to remove it, the AC did not work well and made a loud clicking noise, and there was a big dead bug that the cleaning crew missed several times during our 4 night stay. The room itself smelled like it needed air although we requested non smoking. We asked to be moved but there were no other rooms available so we suffered through it. The friendliness of the staff and the dining and nightlife options were the only redeeming factor. The staff even helped with wrapping our head scarves when we were leaving to tour the mosque.
