Absolutely disgusting hotel

2.0

Super disgusting room. Hairs in the bed and bathroom, nothing was wiped down or cleaned, dried pee on the toilet seat and door, stained sheets, horrible breakfast, bugs… DO NOT STAY HERE. Believe the reviews and skip this one. Would be a waste of money even if it cost me $20.

Run down hotel

2.0

Very disappointing experience. this hotel is rundown, poorly maintained, and far from clean. the room had ceiling dropping, bugs, worn out and yellow like bedsheets and towels, pillows were nasty, many scratches on walls, doors, the bathroom door was squeaking, and tub was very dirty to name a few. the overall appearance of the hotel looked neglected, and basic maintenance seemed nonexistent. cleanliness standards were poor, making the stay uncomfortable. definitely not worth the money and I would not stay here again.

Go somewhere else!!

Do not stay here!! This hotel is filthy and in desperate need of repairs. There were piles of trash right outside our door along with beer cans and cigarette butts everywhere! The room was filthy! The sheets do not fit on the stained mattresses. The bathroom door did not close completely AND there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. It is obvious that they have long term tenants here whose kids run the hallways and go in and out of the housekeeping rooms to get their own room supplies. The breakfast was subpar and the area in which it is served was filthy. When I complained to the front desk all I got was. "I'll let maintenance know." We were supposed to stay for five nights and only lasted two due to the disgusting state of this hotel.

Wishing For Better Sleep. :/

My 8-year-old daughter and I had a frustrating stay here. One evening we were locked out of our room for over an hour because the keycard reader was broken, with all of our belongings stuck inside. I had to repeatedly follow up with the front desk as the promised timeframes to fix the issue kept coming and going. When we were eventually moved to another room, the bed was extremely hard, which was difficult for me since I have back problems. The room also had some maintenance issues — the mirror was hanging crooked and the bathroom door was missing the lock button. The location also made it difficult to sleep. The Denny’s in the parking lot had loud and inconsiderate customers yelling outside throughout the night. The bathroom in our room also lacked a plastic shower curtain and only had a cloth one. The water pressure was very low, and it was difficult to adjust the water temperature — it was either too hot or too cold. Earlier in the day I had already asked the front desk to reprogram my key card several times and had even asked about moving rooms, so being locked out later that night made the situation even more frustrating. The next morning I asked about being compensated for the inconvenience, but there seemed to be some confusion. The front desk told the manager on the phone, in front of me, that I had “refused” the replacement room, which was simply not accurate. After being locked out of our room late at night and dealing with repeated delays, we were exhausted and just wanted to get into a room and go to sleep. To their credit, the staff did attempt to address the situation, but the $20 credit that was offered felt insulting given the circumstances — especially after the situation had been mischaracterized to management. At breakfast there was also a loud group joking around in the dining area who turned out to be staff, which added to the overall impression of a lack of professionalism. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I ended up leaving as quickly as I could.

it was the worst experience in my life, and I was not offered a refund after complaining

I don’t know if this is under new ownership because these pictures are a lie. This was the most disgusting filthiest dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life and it needs to be condemned. The bedding hadn’t been changed. It was for Hair. There was semen dripping down the side of the bed skirt. The curtains were filthy dirty. The floor had a sticky substance with hair in it. My bed was filthy. The walls were filthy. The curtains had never been washed there was no smoke. Alarm on the plug outlets had no face plates behind the standup mirror. There is a big opening in the wall, where mice and rats could come through which there were droppings all over the floor. The door was unsafe. The latch did not work. It was broken. The doors did not self shut the walls and the bedboard were filthy. This place needs to be condemned. and the stairs going up to the next floor about ready to cave in
