The condition of the property did not meet expectations and needs significant improvement.
2.0− This property is in serious need of major updates and repairs. The room had a poor paint job, and the lights had frayed electrical cords, which raised safety concerns. The central heat did not work, so a portable heater was placed in the room. The wall-mounted shampoo and soap dispensers were empty, and the bathtub was clogged, causing the water to drain very slowly. Security was also a concern because the lobby entrance doors were not secured, allowing anyone to enter. In addition, the pool was drained and unavailable for use.
