− I wish there was soap at the sino area along with the lotions.
Safe and Clean
8.0Not as nice as other HIE we've stayed at. Older, but remodeled. Linens are nice. Paper products are pretty thin and rough. Large variety at breakfast. Huge miss with the coffee grinder/maker in the breakfast room. Each cup took a couple of minutes to brew and the line was very long! Just get a 30 cup percolator and we'll all be happy!

− I was at the 3rd floor & I hear every time when someone is walking in 4th floor, I wish the pool is not sharing in the Western hotel,
The location of the hotel was perfect. Very close to everything that I needed during my stay.
7.0− The breakfast was really good. Good options for my gluten free issue. The location was excellent.
