This former Best Western is bug infested manager still has not gotten back to me
2.0We stayed here last year and it was Best Western Louisville South. It's now transitioning to city express Louisville Shepherdsville. Since it's in conversion the current Best Western Staff does not seem to care about it. Room 315 was infested with ants they moved us to room 303 which had a dead bee bug and still some live ants. Water was off for a whole 1st morning. Morning of checkout no hot water at all. Transitional manager Amanda was supposed to call me back and hopefully refund us for this buggy stay. Has not happened. Used to be a solid Best Western but as it transitions to City Express by Marriott not so good
