Comfortable stay with good value breakfast

The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and the staff were cordial throughout our stay. We also appreciated the breakfast, it was tasty and a great value when bundled with the room. We had requested a quiet room, and the hotel delivered; there was no noticeable noise from the road or elsewhere, and the kids were able to sleep undisturbed.

− The air conditioning did not work, even after maintenance attempted to fix it, which led to some uncomfortable nights. Some of the towels were stained, and the overall cleanliness felt inconsistent. While the upper shower grout was clean and white, the grout around the tub spout had a pinkish discoloration that made that area feel less well maintained. The room itself also felt like a mix of updated and dated decor, which made it feel a bit uneven.

Location and quiet rooms and friendly front desk staff.

− There could be more variety in the breakfast options, especially for children and guests staying for several days. In addition, the internet connection was occasionally slow and unstable, causing intermittent interruptions. The staff at the resturant needs to be inviting, courteous and able to keep a close eye on details. We have to request to be provided complementary jam and butter in the breakfast. Even asked to fill shakers (with salt and pepper).

We enjoyed our stay.

The staff were friendly and hospitable. The hotel was clean. Our room had an interesting but nice view. We would stay again while visiting Vancouver.

− It was hard to pull into parking and we didn’t have a microwave in our room. Once we figured out which direction was easier to come from, we were able to just go straight to the parking garage which was more convenient than trying to fit through the valet entrance and drive to the back. No biggie!!

− A despeito do anúncio da existência de serviço de quarto, ele deixou de ser oferecido um dia, sem aviso prévio, por conta de um evento privado. Como estávamos contando com o serviço depois de um dia exaustivo de passeios, isso foi bem inconveniente. A manutenção poderia ser melhor. O blackout não funcionava bem
