Rome is beautiful
7.0Location was great
− Air conditioner not properly working
Guest review
7.0Le personnel est très à l'écoute, l'emplacement du lieu près des activités touristiques,
− La salle de bain est minuscule, l'insonorisation de la chambre
Would absolutely come back but little bit of TLC needed.
8.0Room was well presented and easy to access. Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. Check in and check out procedures were very straightforward. Bed was comfortable and a good size for two people. Free shampoo/shower gel was a nice bonus. Excellent location and overall a well maintained property.
− Room felt small for what we paid. Air conditioner didn’t bring the temperature down more than 1-2 degrees even when following all instructions on hotel paperwork. Mini fridge wasn’t very cold. The toilet cistern and air conditioning unit had water dripping from it with some mould visible. WiFi signal wasn’t very consistent so would recommend having data too.
