1.0It was an absolutely terrible experience. We were treated with so much disrespect and we were purposely placed in a room that you all knew was in terrible shape. The toilet leaked and ran water into our room the whole time, the TV didn't work at all we were told someone was working on it. That was all bullshit!:You advertise breakfast as a part of the cost of the room and there isn't breakfast provided! Quit lying to your customers take that off your website and off the third party booking sites! What a shameful performance by you all! Shame on you! Terrible business practices!
