Disappointing and overpriced - not recommended for more than an overnight on the way to somewhere else
6.0The hotel offers a convenient shuttle to the airport and to downtown anchorage, and the restaurant staff were helpful about getting gluten free meals
− A very expensive hotel that is nevertheless fairly dilapidated. Food at the restaurant is pretty average

10.0The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable! Location was great too.
− Breakfast was listed as $15 on booking.com but our party of 6 had a bill of $168 for the breakfast buffet.

10.0The hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. . It was on Lake Hood. We were able to dine outside for dinner and watch the seaplanes land and take off. The breakfast buffet was decent.

− Your staff on duty when we checked in was terrible, this is suppose to be a friendly experience the lady who checked us in was terrible! You might want to figure out who she was! I was furious. If I had been only me I would have walked out! I have stayed there before but she was terrible
