− Floor was sunken in, needs maintenance water stains on ceiling
Overall a good stay but forsure need to deep deep clean these rooms.

− Rooms need to be deep cleaned. Dust all over the place it made the room feel so disgusting. Rooms smell like dirty room with a bit of cleaning product to make it look and smell clean. Never any pool towels available.

Motel 8 could be cleaner than this property
2.0As Marriott elite member I’m so disappointed about this hotel. Bad costumer service. AC locked. Hot room, called front desk. Front desk receptionist just flipped me off ,told me she has no one to come and unlock the ac locked and the front desk did not offer to change room or other option. Greasy shower tub, smelly rooms. And I could even Hear mice in the AC vents I can’t even understand how this property is up to Marriott standards.

− Dirty discussing rooms were dirty other peoples hair in the tub and toilet. The floors were lifted and my grandbaby tripped on it and fell.. the couches had white fluid and stains on it. Very unpleasant and unsanitary
Staff was very friendly and unfortunately the hotel didn’t look or have anything that was advertised

− No breakfast like advertised Rooms were not as clean like advertised Huge Spider on the wall Ran out of toilet paper , had to buy 2$ water , no coffee creamer, no plastic silverware Bathroom outlets didn’t work Bathroom door didn’t even close
