6.0The rooms were large and set up well. Pool and hot tub were nice. Entire place was just dirty and rooms smelled but for the price we expected that

2.0Desk staff uninterested in addressing room issues. No hot water after 8 am. Toilet chain broken. Lobby makes 1 pot of coffee for all guests to share.

2.0Bad experience the location is too far from downtown the people are transients and drug users and dealers on parking premises and on the hallways smoking door crack I will never reserve there again I spend the most two nights outta three in another hotel downtown.

2.0This place looks like it was a neat property Once Upon A time. Currently there are whole families living in it with kids and dogs running around freely. Street people are hanging out in the parking lot and the rooms smell of smoke and have lots of damage. None of the sliding glass doors open and have been screwed shut.

2.0There were literal drugs sitting outside my room, trash everywhere, sketchy drug addicts following us and blocking the only exit. We were unsafe and had to leave with our children. We were 100% going to get trafficked, robbed or sexually assaulted. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
