Good stay and value for the money.
7.0The staff were great. The ease of check-in and check-out was great. The food in CHOP was great. The location was great. The shower head was great. The bed and bed sheets were great. The A/C was great.
− The furniture in the room was old and worn. The chaise lounge chair by the window was a nice touch, but I didn’t feel comfortable using it. The fabric was a bit worn and didn’t seem clean. A smooth vinyl fabric would be easier to keep clean.
Not worth the money.
3.0I loved the whole ambience of the property. The showers were awesome and the mattress comfortable.
− Unfortunately there is a lot. We stayed on the 18th floor and paid for an executive suite. It was not worth the money. First the door handle to the bathrr was broken and on the counter. So you couldn’t close the door to have privacy in the bathroom. The lights in the bathroom constantly flickered like a disco room and it was very hard on the eyes. There are holes in the walls as well. Also at 4am the ice machine goes nuts for half an hour and it sounds like a freight train going through. Honestly it was horrible. We left early because it was bad.

7.0AC was nice for a hot day, the view was good, the accommodation was comfortable
We were very disappointed.
1.0We liked that it was close to downtown and you could use the plus 15s to walk around instead of going outside where it felt unsafe at night.
− A lot. We were extremely disappointed in the room its self. When we arrived in the room I immediately saw stains on the pillow cases - threw the dirty ones on the floor and brushed it off. Then getting into the shower the vent fan was disgusting and there was hair in the tub. Later that night when we were leaving to go out for dinner we went to close the blinds and realized that half the blinds were missing. Thought it would be okay - but the morning sun glared into the room and there was little to no darkness. On top of all that the bathroom door did not close. Overall we were extremely disappointed given that the room was advertised as a delux premium room. This room was not as described. Do not stay here.
