10.0The Hotel was very close to Kings island and several restaurants and stores. The Hotel was very clean and comfy. The staff was so nice.

8.0Smooth check-in. There were no issues with the room; it was actually pretty clean which was a pleasant surprise.

A nice pleasant stay and was quiet with no loud noises.
9.0The room seemed very clean and breakfast was good with plenty options. We didn't use pool or hot tub but they looked nice and clean. We thought it was very nice for the price. We would stay here again.
− Could use new pillows and bed was a little high for seniors.

6.0Bath Room need to be remodeled and pool needs to keep up with swimming towels
− breakfast wasnt all that good. The bathroom need some work done.
Will not be stay there again. Would not recommend.
2.0Nothing about the stay.
− Stains on the bed sheets. The front desk help came to look at the stains and then return with fresh sheets that I had to change myself. There was hair all in the bath tubs. Floors were dirty. Bathroom sink would not drain properly. (I didn't even call the front desk as there were people complaining of clogged toilets and they were advise to come pick up a plunger).
