1.0they called my cell phone at 9 am to tell me that prior tenants had not removed their belongings from the room ( check out time 11:00) and said since they cannot "move their belongings" so they cancelled our reservation ( we found out later that they can make more $$ not honoring booking.com reservations we did not get the call till 3 pm the rest of town was full - we had to sleep in our car how is that for a review ? and where is my m fn refund
