Hotel wasn’t welcoming, but we did get to relax.
6.0The location was great, near restaurants and access to highway
− We walked in and know one greeted us and when we were checking out nobody spoke to us as well. When we checked in and went to our room the towels that were folded were dirty! I asked for different towels and they did provide us with clean ones.

8.0The front desk lady was so nice and accommodating! I wanted a first floor room and she put me right next to the lobby. Breakfast decent, standard.
− The TV wasn’t fuzzy with huge lines through it and the internet was terrible. It would go in and out every few minutes. Very frustrating

10.0The breakfast was very good with a nice selection of food.
− The coffee station needs improvement. No staff was available to show how to use the hot water dispenser. Yes it had directions, but there were foreigners and locals that couldn't figure it out. So guest were helping guest and I felt a staff person should have helped. The poor staff person running the breakfast station was too busy making sure there was enough food. I suggest you assign a second person so the can wipe down tables, remove stuff left by rude guest. Guest had to clean their own tables!
