Comfortable Room w/Great Hospitality
8.0Room in friendly couple's house. The bed was comfortable and the hospitality great. The exterior had construction in progress (new ADU being built), but not on the days I was there. Room had it's own bathroom and the neighborhood was nice and convenient to parks and stores. Ave. cleanliness--not great (bathroom), but not bad. Reasonable, modest accommodations. Easy parking.

6.0Check in process was a bit strange. Operating the door was pretty difficult with 3 knobs and odd door locking pad. Charged 20 dollars for 3 hard boiled eggs, banana, and a few slices of bread for breakfast all while the house seemed to be under construction.
