10.0I love this hotel! Perfect location, fantastic and warm service, the rooms are great!!! Thank you Hotel Mediterraneo Naples for your most gracious hospitality!!! As always you took such good care of us! The location is amazing - right in the heart of NapolI! Love walking around the car-less streets up the hill from the hotel and experiencing the local vibe and energy! The rooftop bar and restaurant is breathtaking!! Unparalleled Service: After travelling to Capri from Naples I realized I had forgotten something in my room at Mediterraneo. My Capri concierge contacted their concierge and the next day my item appeared at my hotel in Capri with a kind note from Mediterraneo saying they were able to avoid postal service and send with their courier to the island. I will never forget this!!! That is world class service!!!! Grazie!!!!
