Nice but not the best
6.0Good location, with a short walk around the city centre. My partner and I also enjoyed the buffet with lots of different options to choose from, staff checking us in were also super lovely.
− We were on level 1 and our room absolutely stunk, understand we are in Rotorua however the air outside smelt better then our room, I actually dreaded having to go inside our room. The shower also has absolutely no shelf to put any of your things and the pressure isn’t great. The A/C just didn’t work either, we had it on cold and the room was just so stuffy we woke up overheated, so overall not the best stay.

− Bathroom toilet holder and hand towel holder kept falling off! No space for putting things in when staying more than one night
