1.0− Although the hotel is advertised as pet-friendly, they refused to accommodate us because we were traveling with a cat and canceled our stay. We were in the middle of a long road trip and were already exhausted, so this was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Cats are pets too, and this policy should have been made clear in advance.
