Amazing beach day

We had an amazing experience at the beach thanks to Julian and Omar! They took great care of our family, setting us up with two chairs and an umbrella and making sure we were comfortable throughout the day. Traveling with a small child can be challenging, but they were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their professionalism and genuine kindness made our beach day relaxing and stress-free. Julian and Omar went above and beyond with excellent customer service, and their positive attitudes really stood out. We truly appreciated everything they did and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great beach experience. Thank you both for making our day so enjoyable!

Service was okay, turnover was decent, food was great but the customer service at the front desk is subpar.

My stay at The Edition was incredibly disappointing, primarily due to the lack of communication and poor customer service. Since checkout, there have been multiple discrepancies regarding the final charges for our room. My credit card initially had a hold placed on it, but even now I’m still unable to determine what my actual final charge is. Instead, I’ve seen three separate charges related to our room, with no clear explanation of what each charge represents. To make matters worse, when I called the billing department for clarification, the representative hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. I have yet to receive a callback or successfully get in touch with anyone who can resolve the issue. I’ve stayed at many hotels, and this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Billing issues can happen, but the complete lack of communication, transparency, and follow-up is unacceptable. I expected much better from a luxury hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
