10.0Checking in and out was a breeze. The rooms and hotels were clean and great location for what I needed to do. The parking system for the garage is not the best method.

10.0Everything was excellent from desk staff to servers in the restaurant. Our room was beautiful and the bed was extra comfortable. We took a nap when we arrived and didn't take long to pass out. I really love your wait staff in the restaurant, they were so warm and welcoming. I had to apologize to the gentleman for my husband's aunt when he was making her omelet, she was not clear in explaining what she wanted, but he did not get offended and I was grateful. His service and the 2 ladies serving us were outstanding.

Room is not clean, ceiling in closet leaked, room was not cleaned well and carpet not vacuumed. Tow.

8.0The hotel has some age showing. The room wasn't as clean as I usually expect from a Hilton property, especially, a property of this measure as a 4 star property. The staff is very nice and very helpful. Specifically, the front desk staff, the engineering department, and the restaurant staff. Very friendly and accommodating. We did have issues with the closet doors coming off the track and the safe. But they were repairable. It was easy to get transportation from acquiring an Uber to riding the free buses to the Metro.
