Decent place for a short stay, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
6.0Our stay was decent overall. The location was definitely one of the best parts. it was surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shopping centers, and other conveniences, making it easy to find anything we needed. The pool was open and working, which was a nice bonus. We stayed in a king room that came with a working TV, microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. The room had the basic amenities we needed for our stay.
− There were a few downsides, though. We found one baby roach in the bathroom. Thankfully, it was the only one we saw during our stay. The hallways were also a bit unsettling at times. One woman was loudly yelling on the phone, and another time a man was sitting in the hallway around 6am asking people for a ride to the hospital. We offered to call him an ambulance, but he refused. We would have driven him ourselves, but we had an important commitment to get to. The situation felt a little strange since he declined medical transport. Breakfast was included, but it was disappointing. I went down around 7:50 a.m., and the only thing left was cereal—with no milk available and coffee. I don’t remember what the breakfast hours were, but I expected there to be more options at that time. Overall, the hotel was okay for the price because of its convenient location and functional amenities, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved.
Have someone do some maintenance.
5.0Breakfast was fine. Location fine. Bed sheets pillows and towels are very comfortable high quality.
− The telephone did not work. I had to have the key reprogrammed three times. The refrigerator was about to fall out of the cabinet.
