10.0The Lenox is in a perfect location in Back Bay Boston. It's a gorgeous, historic building with fabulous staff, inviting atmosphere and really comfortable rooms. One of my regular issues with guest room lighting is definitely NOT a problem here.
Wonderful boutique hotel
8.0While on a visit to Boston we stayed at The Lenox in the Back Bay Area. This boutique hotel is small but very warm and welcoming. The rooms are comfortably decorated and the staff can’t do enough for you. Breakfast in the Willow & Ivy restaurant was very enjoyable. Wonderful place to stay when visiting Boston.

10.0We love the hotel, both the property and location. Rooms are always great - full of charm, although bathrooms could always be done better, but they're clean and comfortable. Service is always great too - people there are super friendly and helpful.
Beautiful Classic Boston Hotel in Back Bay
10.0Charming, historic Boston hotel. Staff are friendly and food in restaurants delicious and creative. Great location, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Close to other Boston landmarks, transportation.
Excellent Stay
10.0This is such a comfortable hotel. My room was clean, quiet, and right near a filtered water filling station, so no lugging around large plastic bottles. The rooms are on the small side, but had everything I needed for a wedding weekend stay. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Very conveniently located for getting where we needed to go. Everyone was friendly and personable, and they easily accommodated a late checkout time.
