Beautiful Hotel in great location but I think they gave me the worst room at the property.

Stunning setting let down by a room that never got comfortable.
1.0The hotel is beautiful, with stylish, well-designed interiors and a great Mayfair location. It looks and feels like a special place to stay.
− The heating and air conditioning in my room never worked properly during my three-night stay, and the only fix was a fan left by the technician. No one acknowledged the issue at checkout, and the hotel declined any refund afterwards. For the price and a 5 star hotel, I expected a room I could actually sleep comfortably in.
