− The Room Tiny tired dated (extremely dated). Carpets need changed corridors are shabby all doors and paintwork bashed and marks everywhere room was tiny i mean tiny .. bathroom ok for 1984 🫣 but not 2026 Very disappointed looks nothing like the website images Staff where extremely friendly but as a hotel never again.
Wonderful location for seeing London on foot or by the tube. Close to Hyde Park.
8.0Concierge service was excellent. Restaurant suggestions and help with reservations were exceptional. This service really made our stay enjoyable.

− The bar service isn’t great, we felt like an inconvenience when ordering drinks and food. Meal and drink we ordered however, was nice and the surroundings clean and comfortable. The standard of the cooked breakfast is awful. I would not book this again.

8.0Nous avons aimé la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Par contre je trouve mensonger les photos du restaurant dont les couleurs ne correspondent pas a la réalité. De plus ce n'est pas la salle de restaurant mais seulement la salle de petit déjeuner. C'est tromper la clientèle.

Breakfast is only included for extra guests when they have paid for an extra bed. Extra beds cost an additional GBP 40 per person per night.
Families are welcome at The Rembrandt, and children aged 4 or under stay for free when sharing with an adult. For families of three, a number of rooms can either accommodate a roll-away bed or a sofa bed. Guests must notify the hotel at the time of booking through Special Requests exactly how many adults and children will be in each room. Please be advised that the hotel cannot always guarantee a room if they are not made aware in advance that there will be three people in one room.
If you have reserved a rate that requires a deposit, for your security, the credit card used for pre-payment must be presented at check in. If the guest does not have access to that credit card, they must be able to provide an official form of photo I.D. i.e. Passport or photo driving license, a copy of which will be retained by the hotel.
Opening hours are Monday to Friday 07:00 - 21:00, and Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 08:00 - 20:00
The health club now closes at 18:00 on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
