This is a fairly expensive hotel, but other guests inconsiderate, not the clientele we would expect
7.0Location was excellent for visiting local hospital. Room was pleasant, but rather stuffy. Bed was comfortable. The additional fresh fruit was a nice gesture. Staff were welcoming and friendly.
− The room had an adjoining door to next-door. Neighbour could be heard very easily which disturbed our evening and sleep quality. The corridor was equally noisy at night with other guests banging doors and shouting. We had upgraded our room so didn't expect the disturbance.
Overall a nice hotel, if you want you stay in Kensington
6.0The location was very good. Maintenance staff went beyond, young lad Abdul very hard worker.
− We had issues with the TV, and the heating which let the stay down.

3 night stopover
9.0Close to where we wanted to visit, the two train stations and plenty of buses. Nice and modern and very friendly staff, also very helpful, in letting us know how to get to places and storing our bags for us, for a few hours.
− I thought I’d booked a superior room high up… but only we’re on level 3. It was still good though, except only a view of the driveway garage area… but we only slept there, certainly didn’t live in our room.

− I didn't like the air conditioning in the hotel; it didn't cool well, and sometimes it mixed the hot and cold air. Also, the refrigerator in the room wasn't a refrigerator, it was a cooler.
