− Frontdesk personnel are terrible. Witnessed an argument with customer which was really bad handled by the hotel. I was at the lobby to have my room changed, because it was not as promised, no park view and the windows where so dirty you couldn't see through them. We got a better room on higher floor with slightly cleaner windows.
