9.0Het ongelofelijk mooie uitzicht op Central Park! Fantastisch!! Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Bij de lobby is er een koffiebar waar je 's ochtends heerlijke koffie kan halen. Mijn dochter werd verrast voor haar graduation met cava, vers fruit en een persoonlijk kaartje. Dat was geweldig!!

10.0موظفو الاستقبال ودودون ومتعاونون جدًا والفندق فخم ومريح وموقعه ممتاز خصوصًا لقربه من سنترال بارك وسهولة الوصول إلى الأماكن الرئيسية في مانهاتن. تعامل الموظفين كان احترافيًا وساعدونا في حل المشكلة التي واجهتنا عند تسجيل الدخول.
− واجهتنا مشكلة في التكييف عند تسجيل الدخول واضطررنا لتغيير الغرفة ثلاث مرات حتى حصلنا على غرفة كان التكييف فيها جيدًا. كما طلبنا مروحة إضافية لتحسين درجة حرارة الغرفة. أتمنى الاهتمام أكثر بأنظمة التكييف، خصوصًا خلال فصل الصيف.
