− **My first—and hopefully last—bad review of an unprofessional host.** We booked this apartment a month in advance because it advertised itself as family-friendly and looked like a nice place to stay. Since we were traveling with our 2-month-old baby, I asked the host whether a baby crib would be provided. They asked me to remind them one day before our arrival. The day before check-in, I sent them a reminder. They then informed us that the crib had been broken by another guest. They asked whether we could bring our own crib or if they should arrange a replacement from another property. Unfortunately, bringing our own crib was not an option, so I asked them to arrange the replacement. After that, we received no further updates, so we assumed everything had been taken care of. When we arrived, there was no crib in the apartment. I called the host, who explained how much effort they had put into finding a replacement but said they were not in Pärnu. If we wanted the crib, we would have to drive to another property they managed and collect it ourselves. Guests should not be expected to do the host's job, but since we needed a safe place for our baby to sleep, we went to pick it up. After returning to the apartment, we discovered that the replacement crib was also broken. At that point, after only about an hour into our stay, we contacted Booking.com customer service and requested a full refund because we no longer wanted to spend our holiday solving problems that the host should have handled before our arrival. If they would have told us the replacement was not possible, we would have cancelled and found another place. Since the payment had been processed through the host's own payment system and we had no guarantee of receiving a refund, we had no choice but to stay. We ended up using our own travel crib for our baby while waiting for a response. The following day, I sent the host the same message I had sent to Booking.com customer service.

Korter/tuba avar, puhas ning väga mugav. Sisseregistreerimine tänapäevane, sujuv ja kontaktivaba. Samuti kiidusõnad asukoha ja parkimine osas.

− Mis häiris? See, et igal sammul olid hoiatused võimalike eksimuste vältimiseks ning eksimustele järgnevate trahvide osas. Soovisime ühte lisa voodilina, et sõbrannadena mitte voodit jagada ning magamiseks ka sohvat kasutada. Pakutav hind ei vastanud toas olevale hinnakirjale, vaid oli ca 2,5x korda kallim. Vannitoas ei ole kohta kuhu rätikut riputada. Võib kõlada ebaolulisena, aga muutub kohal olles kiirelt häirivaks. Seda muidugi juhul kui olete harjunud pärast tualeti kasutamist käsi pesema või pärast dushi end kuiva kuivatama ja seda rätikuga mis ei ole eelnevalt asetatud näiteks wc poti kaanele, kraanikaussi või näiteks põrandale - sest kohta rätiku riputamiseks vannitoas ei eksisteeri.
