Wonderful full-service hotel. No regrets.
10.0From arrival to departure the experience was one of the high points of our long trip. The staff were all amazingly friendly, helpful, and professional. I want to thank Angel at the valet station for making handling a large vehicle in Boston a breeze. The Club was also part of what made the visit memorable; we will repeat that experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
Impeccable service
10.0I was staying here for the first time for a business trip. In the afternoon I got a berry smoothie to take to my room. I wanted to relax before dinner. I loved the blanket that was draped on the chair. I went to lay on the bed with the blanket and my book and knocked over my berry smoothie, which was purple. The plastic cup broke and purple smoothie went flying everywhere. It was all over the white comforter, the carpet, and the end table. I was mortified. I made the dreadful call to housekeeping. They came up immediately. They also brought me a new smoothie!!!! I apologized multiple times. I took my book to the lobby while they cleaned up my mess. An hour later I returned to my room, and it looked like nothing had happened. They did an amazing job.
Perfect parent / kid getaway
10.0Amazing night with my 3 year old. Staff was beyond accommodating, Austin and Isaac in particular. Would highly recommend in general and particularly for special trips.
A wonderful stay at The Langham, Boston
10.0We stayed at The Langham in Boston last weekend, one of the busiest weekends of the year, with the Tall Ships in the bay and the celebration for 250 years of America. My husband booked the wrong date by mistake, so we arrived needing rooms for us and also my parents-in-law, last minute, when literally every hotel in Boston was full. The Langham managed to accommodate all of us anyway, giving us two very nice rooms. The service was kind, assertive, and professional. The front desk, concierge (Nate was fantastic) and even the regular staff, including the cleaning staff, were super friendly and eager to help. We asked for a table and two chairs in one room, and they arrived already set up after five minutes. Ice was always fresh, even when we did not ask. For a hotel to handle this chaos and still make us feel like the only guests that mattered says a lot. We will definitely come back, and thank you to all the staff at The Langham for saving our weekend!

8.0The Fed bar and restaurant inside was great. Location is perfect for walking the major attractions and the facilities were very nice
− I was comparing it to the Langham in Chicago and thought the facilities/welcoming staff were superior
