Very comfortable stay as part of a long roadtrip
8.0Great-sized room, well-situated hotel (bearing in mind Kamloops is split across a river), and staff were super friendly. There was a fridge in the room, which was great for us as we were doing a mix of catered and self-catered hotels as part of our road trip. Super easy to find and parking was really convenient.
− While breakfast was "included", the voucher didn't get you very much (it covered one drink so between hot drink and juice, you needed to pay for one). The service at breakfast was also incredibly slow and disorganised, and other tables were experiencing the same issues. The server was nice, but not particularly apologetic about the situation.

10.0Het zwembad (buiten op de tweede verdieping) was geweldig. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam dat we al bij het zwembad mochten wachten voordat we konden inchecken en we daar werden opgehaald toen de kamer klaar was en onze koffers zelfs daar al heen gebracht waren.
− Restaurant heeft een kindermenu maar niet echt veel keus.
