Hotel is fine but disappointed in the room
6.0The property itself is good overall. Convenient location and had a nice lobby. Staff seemed fairly friendly and helpful enough.
− Totally disappointed in my room. It had a weird musty smell and was on the first floor which is below the lobby level and felt very claustrophobic and dungeon-like. The room itself is very very basic - no seating area and no closet. The so-called patio was overpowered by the sound of the air conditioner and basically I had a view of my car’s bumper. I booked this because I am a rewards member and usually like Marriott’s but I would not go back to this hotel because of this room. I did notify the front desk and they claimed the only alternative was an ADA room, even though the parking lot was almost empty the second night we were there.

10.0The location was very convenient and there was plenty of parking available.
− We had to request for our room to be cleaned and re-supplied. We weren't sure if our room was simply forgotten by the staff or one has to request this service. It was an expensive room so we expected this to be included. Also, we'd like to recommend that they add towel racks in the bathroom. If they expect customers to save on laundering towels, there should be a way to hang them up.
Excellent place to stay!
10.0The proximity to Main St in the Highllands was excellent. We could walk to all shops, parks and restaurants.
− We wish there would have been an outdoor pool.
