The staff needs to be more trained.
6.0The check in was awful, breakfast was extremely simple and they screwed up my payment on checkout.

1.0The beds were soft and comfy. The check in clerk was nice and welcoming but it took a while to get him upon arrival. I had to call him.
− The bathrooms were nasty. Built up dirt around the bathtub and toilet. The inside of the tub wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival either. It was stained and had dirt. I checked out the pool area and it stunk so bad I wouldn’t let the kids in.
Wish I would have went anywhere else

− Lied about the price, breakfast machines were all broken, baby crib was actually just a pack n play that hadn’t been cleaned and was full of crumbs and reeked of perfume.
