8.0The staff were very friendly and did their best. Courtney was a big help at the check-in and the bellboy. The hotel could use a facelift but the staff make up for the shortcomings.

Everyone has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. The little touches and excellent customer service really made the experience stand out. A special thank you to the team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The highlight of my stay was the outstanding service from Ginita P. and Carsyn. They were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Ginita went above and beyond by giving me an amazing room with a spectacular view, and both of them made sure I felt valued and well taken care of throughout my stay. Exceptional customer service is what makes a hotel memorable, and Ginita and Carsyn truly delivered. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made a lasting impression.
