Everyone has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. The little touches and excellent customer service really made the experience stand out. A special thank you to the team for making my stay so enjoyable. Ginita went above and beyond by giving me an amazing room with a spectacular view, and both of them made sure I felt valued and well taken care of throughout my stay. Exceptional customer service is what makes a hotel memorable, and Ginita and Carsyn truly delivered. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made a lasting impression.
