El Buffet era bastante variado.

− El personal no era amable. La limpieza y mantenimiento de las instalaciones no eran de lo mejor. El parque de agua para niños olía a desagüe.

En general, lo disfrutamos muy bien; eramos 17 personas entre adultos y niños

La ubicación frente a la playa está muy bien, el servicio de bar en la playa muy atento, la habitación con vista al mar y terraza, el desayuno estuvo bueno, hubo variedad para todos los gustos. Muy cerca al centro de la ciudad caminando, 10 a 15 minutos

− Las comidas en los restaurantes donde había que hacer reservaciones, porciones muy pequeñas en los acompañamientos de la parrilla de carnes y en el seafood, el italiano estuvo aceptable. Las personas de entrega de toallas, con caras largas como que estuvieran molestas o hartas de su trabajo. La tienda de souvenirs.... precios MUY CAROS..... 3 veces mas en algunos productos comparado con la ciudad

Le personnel était très accueillant et professionnel. La chambre était confortable et agréable. La situation géographique était pratique pour se déplacer.

− Quelques petits détails pourraient être améliorés, mais rien de gênant. Rien de vraiment négatif, juste quelques points mineurs. Un léger manque de variété dans certains services comme les glasses.

I highly recommend this place. The staff was always friendly. The grounds are clean. We booked an Oceanfront room, and we couldn't be happier with our view in room 2330. Be aware the difference between Oceanview and Ocean front. Key observations Good/Bad. All restaurants and buffet areas are outdoors so there's no A/C, just fans. Depending on weather this can be beautiful or just sweaty. The pool has areas where the coating is coming off but it's just cosmetic. We never waited long for a drink. Theres a lot of pigeons in buffet seating. Our room were always perfect and well supplied. The waterpark was fun. Not huge but enough to keep us entertained. The beach was great.

I have to admit, today at the waterpark was amazing! We have another family with us and the brought their kids too. Shemar on the waterslides is one of the most pleasant and attentive people I have met at the resort. We had a great conversation while he kept an eye on the kids on the slides. Yigit was on the bar down below, and never stopped. People were coming up at all times, and he was very efficient. Between our family and the other, we couldn’t have been happier. The kids had an amazing experience at the waterpark because of those two employees. Thankyou

Epic Birthday trip with hubby!!

We had a very enjoyable time at this resort. There was always something to do, the restaurants were good, so was dining in the buffets. Rianthe, at the front desk was amazing in her assistance with an issue we had. Jonas and Tahir at the pool bar were so much fun and personable. I wanted to mention them because they truly represent the Hilton brand. We may come back soon and bring the children next time. An amazing Birthday choice and overall experience.
