6.0Location outstanding..service outstanding..staff and font desk was very very helpful and consider of out fears and uncomfort with the unknown during power outage..pleasant pool service very impressed with cleanliness. Room cleaning crew was great
− Requested pool view. Did not move into room until Friday. Requested military discount was not told by Hyatt (discount only apply when booking threw Hyatt directly).. Directed to Booking.com.. A little confused.. Did not understand if you buy breakfast from Hyatt. Why was i still charger a fee(was breakfast package offered) I paid for breakfast at time of order(little confusing). My be me it was my first time. Power outage around 10 til 6am.. room got hot very quickly...lost best time for entertainment hotel outage(maybe city wide)..missed show ..very inadequate exit stair well lighting in power outage situation
