− We ungraded the room but the shower was cold and no shower gel in the container

8.0Hotel is in a reasonably accessible location & room was spacious.
− Extremely heavy doona on bed. Hotel is rather dated & would benefit from updating. Our room was not serviced one day possibly as we had orignally booked for 2 nights & then added another 3 nights.

10.0ホテルのすぐ裏が旧市街なので、サウサンプトンの見どころである歴史地区を散策するにはもってこい。すぐそばにウエストキーと呼ばれる大きなショッピングモールがあるので、食事や買い物も便利。部屋のテラスから海の景色が楽しめる。部屋のバスタブで疲れが癒せる。クルーズターミナルまで歩いていけるのも助かる。

Quick overnight stay before a cruise
8.0I liked that the property was close to the cruise port and shopping center
Staff were friendly, food was excellent. The room was nice except for the shower door and broken iron

− The shower door was hanging off and the iron was old, had bits missing and threw dirty water over my shirt

Please note that on-site parking is available for guests only at an extra cost and subject to availability. Limited parking throughout September due to the Southampton International Boat Show.
Please inform the property if any of the guests are children, so the rooms can be set accordingly.
Please note additional beds are subject to availability and by prior arrangement. The standard double bedrooms cannot accommodate an extra bed.
The times for children using the swimming pool will be as follows: 8am – 9.30am (last entrance will be 9am) 4pm – 7pm (last entrance will be 6.30pm), and on weekends 8am – 11am (last entrance will be 10:30am) 4pm – 7pm (last entrance will be 6.30pm)
