10.0I enjoyed my stay at Strand Palace. The location was perfect for exploring London. I had a very positive experience with the staff. In particular, the lady at reception who assisted me was kind and welcoming and she left a very good impression on me. My stay was comfortable and pleasant, and I would happily consider staying at Strand Palace again on my future visit to London.
− The room was comfortable, but the window let in almost no natural light, which made the room feel quite dark during the day.
This is a great place to stay to see London. We were first timers in London and staff were helpful and location perfect
