− there is no cleaniness mo exhaust fans working in toilet no oral kit i booked premium but it didnot mentioned outside my room is premium
Conveniently at the side of the motorway but very basic and tired

− It’s very basic and run down. The pool area was grubby and tired. Staff were sulky and unhelpful. Air con was broke, I asked for a fan twice and they said they’d bring one but never did. It’s pretty run down and basic
Disappointed

− Staff were so not bothered. Asked if I could take a tissue and the waitress said “well you’ve taken it now” when we were the only ones in the restaurant. Rest of staff cleared up breakfast at 9.55 am and started helping themselves - making toast etc in front of guests and eating in the buffet are. They really didn’t care !
Rude staff and uncomfortable bed

− Staff weren’t very friendly, at check in the girls was quite abrupt and rude and before we checked out, we ordered coffee from the bar and the bar person was very short with us. We felt like we were an inconvenience! The bed in our room was not comfortable, you could feel all the springs, I didn’t have the best sleep and my husband ended up sleeping on the couch!
