6.0My stay at the Holiday Inn was disappointing. The seating in the dining room has been reduced since I was last there, and as a result, the earliest reservation that I could get upon my arrival at the hotel was a two-hour wait. While my single room and bathroom were very small, the room was clean and tidy. However, there were only two hangers provided. Most troubling of all, there was a lot of black mould in my shower stall.

4.0The hotel is in need of a room renovations. The carpet smelled of stale smoke and dirty feet. It was hard to sleep with the odour. The mattresses are hard and lumpy. The floors in the lobby and elevators were sticky. Tracks between the elevator doors were filthy. We went to the bar to have a cocktail before dinner and there was dirty glasses and plates left at empty tables. The staff seemed to be overworked and unable to keep up with the amount of clientele. The location is ideal for early morning flights but it would be better to skip it and find a better hotel in cleaner conditions.
