8.0Location, large room for Amsterdam (Twin Superior), clean, very good room equipment - everything in right place, perfect adjustable bed, soft mattress; large bathroom, one of the receptionists was very nice and hospitable person, also Cyrielle from reservation department helping with booking
− Missing common area or entrance hall, just reception desk and lifts - 4* hotel should be have; corridor on the floor wasnt clean, unexperienced new staff at reception desk at check-out, 200,-€ deposit

3 Nights overlooking De Dam
10.0Just wanted to share a quick thanks for Rob and Jamie at the front desk. Rob is the consummate professional you want standing at the front of your hotel. Energetic, knowledgeable and conversational. Jamie is a rising star in his own right. Together they surpassed my needs and offered a friendly smile each time my and my family came and went. Thanks for making Amsterdam so memorable!
