− The TV was very inconvenient spot
Very disappointed in the customer service.
1.0The lady who served us breakfast was very friendly and a good server (though the food was really bad).
− I messaged the property via the booking.com app (they messaged me here first) and let them know that we would be late for our check in due to a flight delay. When we arrived, they said we were a no-show because I didn't call the front desk. I showed them the message that I sent them hours before but they were very rude and would not check us in to a room. They billed me for the two rooms and seven breakfasts that I prepaid and did not provide these until hours later when the manager arrived at 8am after were were laying in their lobby exhausted.

We were pleased with this hotel as we needed a one night airport hotel.
