Not what I expected.
5.0Room was the appropriate size and was clean.
− The room I reserved was not available and ended up on a different room. The pool was dirty, a lot of noisy children were in the pool area without supervision. One of the elevators was broken and the other one was extremely slow, making difficult to go in and out of the hotel.
Worst Stay Ever
1.0The hotel looks beautiful. I am the lobby area. They're fine.Desk was doing the best they could.
− I didn't like the fact that they didn't check me in until 8pm because housekeeping was so far behind. It was so hot in the lobby. Me & my children were sweating so bad. I chose this hotel because it was close to the hospital. My loved one is in the I.C.U. i ended up having a breakdown at the front desk because of the news I received over the phone about my love. I was trying so hard to get to the hospital. My children needed to be in the room. Once we got in the room, there was no tissue, towels or soap, and the tub was dirty. I spent all the money just to sit in the lobby most of the night sweating & uncomfortable.
the hotel is nice, but the plumbing issues hasd us moving rooms every night we were there.
