2.0The front desk staff. A man with glasses, very nice gentleman.
− The smell in our room reeked of cigarettes even though it is a non smoking room. The cleanliness of the room was very poor - my spouse and I didn't feel comfortable using the bathroom towels or the blankets. We had to get our room switched because the cigarette smell was so strong we could not sleep. The front desk person was very nice and accommodating to our concern, that I give 5 stars to. The second room smelled like dirty mop water but we were not able to ask for another room switch and go through the hassle of moving our belongings again. You get what you pay for.

− Very musty smelling throughout all the hallways the little Febreze does wonders bathtub was not clean there was hair in it I didn't use it

1.0The pool is nice, if it's open. Free breakfast, if you like waffles
− No power, AC, running water, or toilets that flush. No emergency lighting, no smoke detectors, no fire alarms. Not 1 generator on site, no emergency planning. NO CONCERN FOR THE SAFETY OF THEIR GUESTS.

1.0Nothing. This place is a fraud. Booked a stay bc we had no power and they purposely didn't tell us they had no POWER OR WATER!!!! We drive an hour with 3 kids. Then upon arrival to a pitch black hotel with a note on the door saying no power or water sorry for the inconvenience. The staff refused to allow my 8 year old the use of the bathroom upon arrival!! She almost had an accident and was crying. This is severe heakth code violation and fraud. They are still trying to bill me bc we left and cancelled. If they attempt to do so every news station in NJ will know what they did to our family in a crisis and we weren't the only ones shocked upon arrival it was PITCH BLACK inside!
