Excellent stay . Great experience . My go-to- hotel. I always feel very welcome and at home .
10.0Ackeem Is such a courteous and patient young man who attended to us to get us properly settled in our room . Remembered us immediately as soon as we pulled up on the lobby to check out . Joel at the front desk was very courteous and efficient . Alwyn on my first check in took the time to ensure that our room was fully prepared and waited for housekeeping to make some Minor adjustments .

8.0So far very good and I enjoy the energy here. Ackeem has been a very good help here as well and he’s very funny- I like how joyful he is. The view is quite nice too and the meal is very rich here, especially the cheesecake.

10.0Ackeem and Shanae are excellent workers. Shanae made sure I got nice room with an excellent view of the pool and the city and Mr Ackeem with his top notch customer service great greetings and all. Over all it’s an excellent stay

My experience was great
8.0Location was fine but the breakfast options were limited for persons with religious eating preferences.
− logistics interms of the CUF conferences and its meals were a bit challenging. No fault of the hotel, I suppose.
