10.0We loved the area, pool, it was a bonus to have the restaurant and bar.
− Housekeeping came around every morning, if you didn't answer they would try to open the door.

Convenient location, but the cleanliness and staff experience were disappointing.
6.0The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, which made our travel much easier. Check-in was also quick and straightforward.
− The hotel had a peculiar, unpleasant smell. We also felt uncomfortable because one staff member repeatedly stared at us during checkout and was seen standing outside our room, which came across as unsettling and unprofessional.
