9.0The staff are wonderful, it is expensive but worth it when you consider what is included. Loved the fact that pool did not have operating hours and you can help yourself to the included bar and snacks
− Would be nice if the daily snacks at the pool changed daily but this is a minor comment
The hotel and staff were very good although one big draw back was the false advertisement about lounge access
5.0Boutique style, quiet and breakfast is available until 2pm
− False advertising on the lounge access room needed to pay extra but as we found out, all room types have access to all lounges with free flow and snacks all day long. The checkout is weirdly early at 10:30am and the hotel rejected my request to even extend the checkout time by 30 mins and asked me to pay. We stayed for 4 nights and thought that was not a good experience. I had also my 45 bday while staying there and again though I have checked but the hotel does not provide any complementary arrangement as most hotels do
Definitely a place to come back to
10.0It’s pricey but worth it. Central location with convenient driving to Naha and other places in Okinawa. Staff super friendly and helpful. Spacious room and open brunch until 2pm so plenty of time for breakfast even if you sleep late. Excellent restaurant inside which can be booked for the night.
− Nothing substantial. There could have been more shelf space in the wardrobe. Only hangers is not enough.

9.0Quality hotel and excellent staff
− The only thing the hotel was missing was a gym. It rained whilst we were there so a gym would have helped. Breakfast menu would be better if it was varied every other day
